Two Tiny Dragons summon a new Tiny Dragon with attributes based on probabilities of their active attributes as well as their inactive attributes that are only relevant to summoning.
Mutations can occur that create inactive and dormant attributes which neither parent had. Tiny Dragons cannot summon new Tiny Dragons with their parents or siblings. Summoning new Tiny Dragons costs both EDC and QWF.
